The following steps are necessary in order to complete the Admissions process.

  1. Complete and sign the application.
  2. Attach a check payable to Cathedral Academy for the $100 Application Processing Fee (non-refundable).
  3. Include a copy of the student's birth certificate.
  4. Include a copy of the student's immunization record (SC DHEC Form 1148).
  5. Include a copy of year end report card and current year report card.
  6. Include any previous standardized test scores (Stanford 10, PACT)
  7. Request a Teacher Evaluation from your child's previous year teacher. Only one form is needed for Upper School students.
  8. All new students applying for grades 1-12 must take the Total Reading and Total Math portion of the Stanford 10 Achievement Test. K4 and K5 students must also be assessed before acceptance. We will schedule the testing upon receipt of your application. The $100 application fee covers the cost of testing.
  9. After the testing is completed, an interview with the student, parent, and principal will be scheduled.
  10. After the interview, you will receive a letter from Cathedral Academy confirming the status of your child’s application. With an acceptance letter you will also receive a bill for the $200 enrollment fee, FACT paperwork, a tuition schedule, and any other necessary information.
  11. Your first monthly installment is due based upon your selected payment plan.
